All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the same name as your Mega99 account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Anti-Money Laundering: Mega99 is obligated to report suspicious transactions and may place holds on accounts where unusual transaction patterns are identified. Players are required to cooperate fully with any associated investigation requests.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by Mega99 are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail over these general Terms with respect to that promotion.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings derived from breach activity may be forfeited. Real-money funds not implicated in any breach will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.
You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting Mega99 support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day. Outstanding balances will be withdrawn to your verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
